- Type:
Integer (I)
- Description:
Coordinate-system identifier for translational motion. For the coordinate-system identifier for translational motion, see
COORD_ID(12). Rotational motion applies only to the global coordinate system, rotates about the z-axis, and uses the right-hand direction from the x-axis at zero angle as the positive direction (unit: deg).
Note
The <MOTION module> is required to use MOTION(2) =1 or 2. The <DEFORM module> is required to use MOTION(2) =3.
When MOTION(2) =1, the motion of the COIL(17.1) source, the motion-data identifier of the COIL(17.1) source ( MOTION_ID(17.1) ), and the motion-data identifier specified above ( MOTION_ID(19) ) must match. Translational and rotational motion may be defined in combination.
When MOTION(2) =2 or 3, translational, rotational, and deformation motion cannot be defined in combination.
For rotational sliding motion with MOTION(2) =2, the motion is rotation about the z-axis.

19.2. Motion of the moving rotor_mesh(2D) mesh#
When MOTION(2) =2
Defines translational and rotational motion of the moving parts.
The motion requires NO_MESHES(10.1) -1 sets of moving-part mesh data (excluding pre_geom(2D)). The data are associated as follows:
First data: rotor_mesh(2D).xxx
N-th data: rotor_mesh(2D)N.xxx
Associate the data in this order. When multiple moving parts are used, motion for 運動方程式入力(18.6) cannot be specified.
Here, “***” represents the extension of the file format specified by INPUT_MESH_FILE(10.1).
SLIDE_MOTION (JSON comment)#

SUBERI#
- SUBERI(19.2)#
Text-format section
[row, col] = [2, 1]
- Type:
Real number (E)
- Description:
Slip coefficient for the sliding method.
When the sliding method is used for AC steady-state analysis, enter the slip coefficient
SUBERI. Use 0.0 when the rotor is synchronized with the stator field and 1.0 when it is stationary. Values greater than or equal to 1.0 are also allowed for reverse rotation. This setting does not apply to multiple moving parts.
Hint
When multiple moving-part mesh data have the same motion, assign the same motion-data identifier ( MOTION_ID(19) ) to the corresponding ROTOR_MOTION_IDS entries. When they have different motions, assign their respective motion-data identifiers.
Only rotational sliding motion about the Z axis can be considered; specify it with PHI_TIME_ID(19).
Define the rotational motion of an induction motor using AC steady-state analysis with AC(2) as follows.

19.3. Motion of the deforming deform_mesh(2D) mesh#
When MOTION(2) =3
Runs an analysis with a deformed mesh.
Motion-data identifier for the deforming part ( MOTION_ID(19) ). Either deforming-part mesh data deform_mesh(2D) or CONTROL_VOLUME_ID(19.3) must be specified.

POSITIONS (JSON)#
- POSITIONS(19.3)#
- Type:
Real number (E)
- Description:
Defines the motion range of the deforming-part mesh deform_mesh(2D). Specify it as an array.
The first value (
POSITION0) is the relative position from the reference position of the region in the model mesh data pre_geom(2D) that moves without deforming. The next value (
POSITION1) is the relative position from the reference position of the moving region in the deforming-part mesh data deform_mesh(2D).The unit is (m) for translational motion and (deg) for rotational motion. The motion range must lie between pre_geom(2D) and deform_mesh(2D).

Integer (I)
- Description:
Material ID of the control elements. The control elements must use the material ID of the region where the mesh deforms.
When 0, input for deform_mesh is required.
When ≠0, input for deform_mesh is not required; the mesh at the
POSITION1position is generated automatically using control elements withCONTROL_VOLUME_ID. The pre_geom data must contain control elements whose material ID isCONTROL_VOLUME_ID. The control elements must contain multiple elements, and their nodes must be shared by the surface nodes of the fixed and moving regions. The nodes that move during deformation, that is, the elements withDEFORM_MAT_IDS, must be included in one of the control elements. For two-dimensional analysis, the control elements must be surface elements included in pre_geom2D. No material definition is required for the control elements.

Hint
Define the motion of the deforming-part mesh deform_mesh(2D) as follows.
When CONTROL_VOLUME_ID =0, input for deform_mesh(2D) is required.
