LICENSE AGREEMENT#

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

  1. LICENSE

By installing and using "EMSolution" ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the Software.

  1. COPYRIGHT

The Software and any copies that you are authorized by "Your Company" to make are the intellectual property of and are owned by "Your Company" and its suppliers.

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE

"Your Company" grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this license:

  1. Usage: You may install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer.

  2. Backup Copy: You may make one backup copy of the Software, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any computer.

  1. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  1. Modify, adapt, or translate the Software.

  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

  3. Resell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise redistribute the Software.

  4. Make the Software available on a network where it could be used by multiple users.

  1. TERMINATION

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation.

  1. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Software is supplied "as is" without warranty of any kind. "Your Company" disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will "Your Company" be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

This License is governed by the laws of Tokyo, Japan.
